TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing services, you agree to the full Mixing & Mastering Service Agreement below.
MIXING & MASTERING SERVICE AGREEMENT
By submitting payment and project files, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. SERVICES
The Engineer will provide the selected service:
• Mixing• Mastering• Mix & Master
Services will be performed based on the information, files, and instructions provided by the Client.
2. FILE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The Client agrees to provide all necessary audio files, stems, reference tracks, and instructions before work begins.
• All stems must begin at the same starting point (Bar 1 or Session Start).• Files must be submitted as WAV or AIFF files.• Voice memos, MP3 stems, and improperly exported files may be rejected.• The Client is responsible for ensuring all files are properly labeled and organized.
Additional charges may apply if file preparation, alignment, organization, or repair is required.
3. REVISIONS
Each project includes up to two (2) revisions unless otherwise stated.
A revision consists of reasonable adjustments to the mix or master based on Client feedback.
Examples include:
• Vocal level changes• Instrument balance adjustments• EQ or tonal modifications• Effect level adjustments
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.
4. FINAL APPROVAL
Once the Client approves the final version of the project, the project is considered complete.
No free revisions will be provided after final approval.
Any additional work requested after approval may be treated as a new revision or a new project and billed accordingly.
5. SONG CHANGES AFTER WORK BEGINS
The quoted service price applies only to the version of the song submitted by the Client.
If the Client replaces, adds, removes, re-records, rearranges, or otherwise substantially changes the song after work has begun, a fee equal to 50% of the original project cost may be charged before work resumes.
6. TURNAROUND TIME
Estimated turnaround time is typically 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity, workload, and revision requests.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
Turnaround time begins only after payment has been received and all required files have been successfully submitted.
7. PAYMENTS
Payment is required before work begins.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
8. OWNERSHIP
The Client retains 100% ownership of the master recording and underlying composition.
The Engineer receives no ownership interest in the work and is compensated solely through the agreed service fee.
9. FEATURED ARTIST & COLLABORATION
If the Engineer is also engaged as a featured artist, vocalist, rapper, songwriter, composer, or performer on the Client’s recording, ownership interests, royalty splits, publishing splits, master recording participation, songwriting credits, featured artist credits, and any related compensation shall be negotiated separately and agreed upon in writing by both parties before the commercial release of the recording.
Any featured performance or creative contribution by the Engineer is independent of the mixing and/or mastering services provided under this Agreement and is not included in the engineering service fee.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client confirms they own or have permission to use all submitted audio material.
The Engineer is not responsible for any copyright disputes, licensing issues, trademark claims, or ownership conflicts arising from submitted material.
11. PROJECT DELIVERY
Final files will be delivered digitally in the agreed format.
The Engineer is not responsible for maintaining project files indefinitely and may delete project files after delivery.
12. INACTIVE PROJECTS
Projects that remain inactive for more than thirty (30) days due to lack of communication, feedback, file delivery, or approval from the Client may be considered closed.
Reopening a closed project may require a new booking fee or additional charges.
13. CREDIT
The Client agrees to provide reasonable mixing and/or mastering credit where platform functionality permits.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting payment, project files, or checking the agreement box on the order form, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
